I think you're right, Julie and their recent actions, I'm sure, are 
directly the result of the California case filed by NAGDU and the NFB.  
Also, Uber has been making major inroads into the publicly funded local 
disability access transportation arena and ADA compliance is critical to 
those service contracts.
