      Survey for U.S. Guide Dog Users - Closes This Friday, August 26

      If you are a guide dog user living in the United States, we need your help! The Council of US Dog Guide Schools (CUSDGS), the American Council of the Blind (ACB) and their special interest affiliate Guide Dog Users, Inc. (GDUI) have partnered for a survey of guide dog users in regard to your experiences with taxicabs and vehicles-for-hire while using a guide dog. The results will be shared with the courts, legislators, the U.S. Department of Justice and the media.

      The only requirement for completing this survey is that you are a guide dog user living in the United States. We encourage all U.S. guide dog users, regardless of your affiliation or lack of affiliation with any membership or consumer group, to complete the survey. The more information we can gather, the more reliable our data will be. To complete the survey go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PBSRP89. Please share this survey with any other U.S. guide dog users you know. The survey will close this Friday, August 26.
