Tracy, Mardi here. Years ago, I had a Shelty that was born with a too small
bladder. She had the same symptoms that Krokus has. I don't know what the
dog was treated with but it did help.I had given the dog to someone else
before they found out what the problem was.Maybe you should see if your vet
could do a test to see if that might be his problem.   Hope this helps.
