Good morning! Another thing you can try (and I did talk to an 
instructor about this) so it's not just my idea.  When Nova first 
came, and especially this worked with Neena, they would both get 
very excited about toys, socks, you name it.  Nova wasn't as bad 
as Neena, but she has definitely had her moments.  The thing that 
she disliked most was being away from me.  So I would put her in 
her crate for a few minutes.  I did not use harsh tones when I 
did it, I tried to make it a positive thing.  It gave the dogs a 
few minutes to calm down, and it definitely worked with Nova, and 
a little bit with Neena.  Neena, my wild child.  Lol.    Debby 
and Miss Nova, who's ready to go to work today.
