[NAGDU] Uber and NAGDU

Often times if a driver mentions the dogs cleanliness or shedding, I put out that humans many times will shed far worse than what people can see in dog hair. What about people who don't bathe regularly? Believe me they are Uber drivers as well and they are not denied access.
