Buddy makes a good point. Here's another, would a vest interfere with the harness, or the feedback from the harness? I sometimes put a coat on under Harley's harness in winter and notice a "fuzziness" in the feedback that isn't there when he is,in harness only. A subpoint to consider is: would a vest under the harness overheat your pup in the summer heat?

You can get one, but my experience tells me they don't work. Best case, they'll read the sign while petting.
