[NAGDU] Nexguard experience

I'm not Tracy, but I use the same product. It's a topical spray. It
repels fleas, ticks, mosquitos and most other pests. It does nothing for
heartworm or other parasites. It should be applied weekly. I put on a
fresh coat if I'm going somewhere particularly buggy, like to the farm pond.
I've been using it for years now. In all that time I've removed two ticks
from only one dog, both were right after visiting a really bug infested
place and not putting fresh spray on. Oh, and it works for people too!

Tracey,
wow, glad Crocus is alright!!

Can you tell me about the product you went back to?? Is it a topical, or an
internal one? and, is it just for fleas and ticks, or does it cover fleas,
ticks, and heart worm?

I’ve been using Trifexis for a couple of years now, and it is a chewable
that covers heartworms, fleas, and hookworms and roundworms. I just hate
putting all these chemicals into my dog! Sadly, though, I haven’t found any
so called natural alternatives that I feel comfortable using. I want to be
as certain as possible that my dog is pest free!
