Hi,
Put about a tablespoon in her food once a day.  You’ve got to work up to that amount, though, or you’ll get the diarrhea again!

Also, this is probably obvious, but have you taken her to the vet to see if this is some sort of either environmental or food allergy issue??  Heck, she might be allergic to  the frontline..  that is some noxious stuff, after all.
