[NAGDU] OT: Peggy and Hawaii Paratransit

Hi, Everyone.
Because Peggy is retired, the Paratransit customer service says I have
to put her in a kennel to transport her. I don't want to have her go
through that.

I have a friend who I pay to help take us to the vet when she needs to
go for vaccinations, or if something comes up that I can't take care
of myself.

Especially now, with the anxiety thing going on, I don't want to add anything.
