[NAGDU] Apprentice Instructor

I must disagree. We as blind people have discovered that many of the
misconceptions we encounter about how we can perform jobs are misplaced.
While we do not necessarily think of the specific methodology that might be
utilized in having a fully licensed blind instructor there is no reason to
assume that the job cannot be done.
