I agree with Mike on this one. Sandra, I think you are discounting the many blind people who choose to train their own dogs. How, if your thoughts are correct, are their dogs successful, safe, working teams? Sorry, but I think the concept of a blind guide dog instructor is not at all out of the question and wanted to try it at one point.
