[NAGDU] tip?

Hi there
I just saw this post now, so I must be coming in at the end of the thread, but my question is whey do you need assistance several times from the front desk, to show you where to relief your guide?  Sorry for my bluntness but I thought once would be enough for this happen.  Yes as I said, maybe I am coming in at the end of this thread and it has been asked all ready.  Myself I don’t understand this question, and I hope people don’t think that I am rude in asking this question, I am just curious person.
