I wonder that you are a blind, in adition somethin
phisically handicap, so you use a wheelchair.
Is that correct?
There are no guide dog , so you have to train dogs by
yourself.
Oh... Amaizing!
There are 14 schools in Japan. All of guide dogs are trained
at these schools. Japanese govourment decide it with the law
of assistance dogs.
