[NAGDU] Uber complaint

I am not a guide dog user, but I am a proponent of equal access. It is
shameful this happened to you, and it's illegal. I hope there is a way to
follow up on this investigation; I think Uber is misusing the
"confidentiality" thing to keep you in the dark.

Subject: [NAGDU] Uber complaint

I believe a driver canselled my ride a few weeks ago because of my dog. I
filed a complaint with Uber and they responded to me. I asked if I would be
notified of the outcome of the investigation but was told no due to
confidentiality. Does anyone follow up with Uber to know the outcome of
their investigations? I have used Uber a lot here in Cincinnati and this is
the first time I had any issue.
