you can find, field reps, trainers and the higher ups, presidents ceo's,
everybody. Make reference to your previous attempts at communication.
I suggest email for the speed aspect

Its not about being hesitant it is about trying to figure out how to word
things correctly. Leader does not seem to answer their phones last severl
times I have tried to call, and when I left a couple messages, they were not
returned. So, I am trying to figure out who to write to and if I should do
it by e-mail or by mail. Once I have that figured out, I will be able to
procedd in dealing with the issue. I definitely have a couple issues that
need addressing, and I will get them resolved one way or another.

Jordan, is it that you are busy, or that you feel
you shouldn't have this problem? I'm trying to understand your hesitancy.

Well, you can't be so busy tthat you couldn't place a call, could you?
Anyway, if you are, then after the convention I would call them every day.

I wish I had that kind of time to do that to be honest. I am quite busy
between now and leaving for convention.
