Hi Julie et al.,
You may want to try phoning the Atlanta Airport passenger information
services line at 404-530-7300 or 800-897-1910.  If that's not the correct
number, they may at least be able to steer you in the right direction.  When
I filed a complaint against another airport a few years ago I was able to
send it via email.  They were particularly interested in dates, times and
flight numbers.  My complaint resulted in a new staff training program.
However, I spent lots of time on hold before that goal was achieved.

Since I'm relatively new to this list, I'll also use this post to introduce
myself.  My name is Mary Beth Metzger; I live in Upstate New York; and
Foster, a four-year-old black Lab, is my fifth guide dog.
