[NAGDU] filing a complaint

Julie, 

I purposely took an escalator yesterday in the Atlanta airport just for you. Happily no one even blinked. The lady that was with me found it highly scary that someone would do what they did to you. She also experienced a Lift refusal with me. Ya win one ya lose one I guess.
