[NAGDU] filing a complaint

I would take the train myself, but much too expensive from where I live.
Too keep this guide dog related it would be a good chance to see if Amtrak
fixed any of the issues I have run into in the past with my previous dog,
September.

If we were going to make the trip to the convention we would probably take
the train but I can understand taking a bus I just personally hate being
stuck on a bus for a long periods of time. Definitely did that in my youth
require trips. Not an experience I would like to try to replicate with a guy
dog.
