[NAGDU] FW: [Njagdu] NJ Bill now Law : Handlers can now keep their retired guides

I applaud this law; it's only right you should be able to keep your retired
guide dog. It lines up with the rule my puppy raiser friend told me about -
if the dog doesn't work out with guide training, the puppy raiser can keep
the dog.
