Hi Rox, dbTarzan here.

Your dog are supporting to your blindness and deafness. it's 
so good. Amazing!. And I envy you.
Because my dos assist of my walking but not hearing.

According to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in 2014, 
number of Japanese assistive dogs ware below.

1. Guide dogs 984
2. hearing dogs 74
3. Helper dogs 57

They are usualy trained at each other schools.
So guide dogs almost support only to walking of blind.
They can not work as hearing dogs.
