[NAGDU] Softer Dogs?

and my response to that person, though I would have probably ignored the 
comment and gone on my way, but if I were in a certain mood I would have 
said "and thank you for being my guide dog instructor, I'm so pleased  
to  have  such a competent person who can tell me what I'm doing wrong"..--
