The biggest rule is that the rules don't apply if the landlord lives on the property *and* has fewer than five units to rent. Otherwise, they have to accommodate your guide dog. Aleeha is dealing with this right now, but my understanding is they can only ask for written verification that your dog is a service dog if it isn't obvious. Anyway, you can't be denied housing on the basis of your guide dog except for the above exception. Also, you can't be charged any sort of pet deposit, althugh, of course, you are responsible for any damage your dog does while you're renting. I think those are the high points.
