[NAGDU] Service dog in Japan

hi

yes, you can do that here as well for financial or property issues. in Canada, where I am, in order to manage health care DECISIONS you would have to get a committee of person which gives you the power to manage a person's finances and property and then the committee of person gives you the power to make health care DECISIONS for a person. to get committee of person in Canada you have to go to court whereas a power of attorney is done with a lawyer.

regardless of the differences in wonder what it means with relation to a guide dog. certainly wouldn't want my guide dog managing my money or I'd end up with really nice dog beds and Amazon delivering chew bones every day. :)
