Thanks for the helpful tips. Ironically, it turned out that I was better able to access help from the app itself. I  accessed my past trips and pressed the help button there.

I hope Uber follows through. Before I went nomail, I have heard that in some cases, they just suspend these drivers and don't actually remove them.
