[NAGDU] Service dog in Japan

well I do know that when I wanted to have a bank account in Japan I was
told that I would need a sighted witness for everything, being a
foreigner worked to my advantage in this case as I insisted. then they
said I couldn't sign in the Japanese writing system, then they said I
needed a hanko, a stamp, ( most Japanese, blind or sighted use these
signing stamps) I got one made and I had my account but I do understand
there are problems still. and yes I know it's not dog related so I'll
stop right here--
