[NAGDU] OFF NAGDU List ownership

Hi Jeff,

Yea, I saw that my email went to the list.  I thought I had the correct 
email for Marion - obviously not. It wasn't a horrible email, but I 
wanted to give the list a break from the subject.

Perhaps the person that had the situation with TSE will comment here.

Since my email went to the list, I would be interested to know of any 
situations where GEB guides were removed.
