[NAGDU] Seeing Eye repossession: was OFF NAGDU List ownership

It is my understanding that, under property rights law, ownership cannot be interfered with unless there is due process. Once ownership is transferred, except when ownership is granted under the condition of the fulfillment of a future contractual agreement, such ownership cannot be rescinded nor terminated. So, guys, do not give your woman a diamond ring on Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, or on any gift-giving day, as this would be a gift you cannot repossess. If you ask her to marry you and give her an expensive diamond, give it on some other day. If she doesn't marry you, you get your ring back!

Hi all. Let me add that in my opinion it's not true ownership. It's more
of so-called bragging rights. I read the Guiding Eyes for the Blind
documentation and to me it seems that if the school retains the right to
remove the dog from you, then it's not true ownership. I hope this makes
sense.

If the graduate does not consent, it can't happen. If a person abuses a dog, the SPCA would need to be contacted, a visit to the home would be made and if a decision is made that there, indeed was abuse or neglect, the SPCA can remove the dog and returned ! that guide to The Seeing Eye.
