[NAGDU] Relief area at ATL

Hey folks,
Doc & I are flying to New Orleans next week.  Does anyone know if/where a relieving area will be inside the security ring?  I have a long layover.
Also I was wondering does Atlanta use the beacons?  I’ve heard about them and thought I’d check them out.
