I think it is about people with disabilities not having the good sense to
know what dogs need or how to care for them in the eyes of Canada.

Subject: [NAGDU] proposed Canadian guidelines

What are these proposed Canadian guidelines I keep hearing about, and who is
pushing them? I haven't yet heard of any guide dog users who want them, but
maybe there are some? The whole thing sounds like another solution in
search of a problem.

They really propose to monitor playtime? How? Demanding my toy receipts?
"But his favorite toy is this thing I made from a bunch of old socks!"

What's it all about?

Tracy
