[NAGDU] Uber complaint

You place a complaint through the app. I've never had to lodge a complaint,
but I was fiddling around with the app. The other day and came across some
sections about reporting a problem, and service animal refusal was one of
the options. I can't pull it up right now, because I don't have a trip in
progress or that has been canceled, but I am super not tech savvy, so if I
can find it, I have faith that you can. There is also a help section and I
think there is a section under that as well. I'm going to go and check if
the national site has a tutorial on how to submit a complaint. I figured it
out just fiddling with the app. But if I ever have a serious issue, in the
moment, I might not so easily find what I need if I am upset, so I will go
and see if I can find a step-by-step guide. If I can find anything, I will
post it here. Good luck. Please let us know if Uber responds appropriately
or not.
