[NAGDU] Uber complaint

From the menu, select Help, accessibility, "I want to report a service animal issue". You won't have a lot of space to give details, but be thorough and expand when Uber contacts you back, which in my experience, they do fairly quickly. Be as detailed as possible when they do contact you. Don't forget to fill out the NFB ride share survey.
