David,
While Delta still may be a bit confusing to navigate, you are NOT required to complete and upload the documentation when using a guide dog. Also, if you have a rabies tag on your dog's collar that tag will satisfy any requirement that might come up to prove that your dog is properly vaccinated. Of course, the vaccination and tag must be up to date.
President Gwizdala, President Riccobono, I and others from the National Center met with Delta on
April 10 to further clarify Delta's policies as well to help Delta become more aware of the training Delta staff needs to have.
