[NAGDU] Reason for Posting Delta Stuff

The only reason I posted the information about what appears in Delta's 
documentation requirements for trained service animals, is to point out 
that Delta still does not have its information about trained service 
animals in line with its other messages to advocates and travelers.

I fully realize that they have stated that compliance is not required.
