[NAGDU] Delta Folow-up

For what it's worth I flew from Dublin to JFK in March with my guide
dog on Delta, precleared in Dublin and was not required to go through
TSA again. Flew to San Diego 2 days later, also on Delta. Didn't give
them any documentation for either flight and was not asked any
questions.
