[NAGDU] Uber reporting - cancels

Huh. I'd think they'd need to know if it was a long trip.
Uber called me last night, so I explained the whole thing to their helpful guy, and they'll investigate all of it, which is good enough for me.

I can’t help with most of this, but I can tell you that drivers don’t know where you’re going until you actually get in the car and they start the trip. They know who they’re picking up and where they’re picking up, but not where you’re going. This in an effort to cut down on drivers not accepting short trips. There may be some exception where they know if a trip is further than a certain distance, but I don’t recall that for certain.
