Mary Ann, are you filling out the survey at NFB.org when these things
happen? This surveillance is going on for from three to ive years. From what
I am hearing, it will be closer to five.

I hope you talk to them again. Lately, in Ohio, they have been giving one
warning and reinstating the driver. I am very concerned about this because
we have no way to know how many warnings the driver receives. I was denied
in July because the driver said he had a "pristine car." I told him I
planned to report him and I did but I was contacted by Uber and they gave
him a warning and reinstated him.
