[NAGDU] light weight harness

I am not convinced that the new handle OnTheGo is using is lightweight.  My
OnTheGo harness feels about the same weight as my TSE harness does, though I
haven't actually weighed either of them.
However, the new improved OnTheGo handle is un-wobbly, and can be detached
easily, which is nice.
