Greg Kearney's Delta cartoon shows a passenger standing at the Delta
counter, looking down at his leg with a dog attached. The dog is wearing an
emotional support animal vest and gnawing on the man's leg. The owner has
her back turned and is clueless to the situation. The Delta representative
is saying, "Not to worry sir. At Delta we make sure all service animals have
had their shots."
