[NAGDU] fines for bad behavior

I think I mentioned this on Facebook, but I live in a one-bite county.
One bite and the dog is put to death by animal control. This was also
the rule where I grew up in Canada in the 1940s. This makes me unwilling
to allow young children near Claire Rose, lest, in play, the child
encounters one of her very large teeth by accident and the child (or
parent) believes she or he was bitten and has a mark to prove it.
