hi tracy,
i hate to say it, but, i will.  looks like it’s time for him to be on the leash full-time.
as i have said before, freedom is a privilege, not a right, and, he has not earned it.
jeez, what if he tries this in public?
he has had so many problems.  do you think it’s time to put yourself on the list for a new dog?
you have worked so hard with him but, there comes a time when you deserve a dog that’s not so hard to work with.
