[NAGDU] Delta to Require Advance Documentation for Service, Support Animals to Fly - WSJ

Whether you agree with the action or not, currently asking for certain additional documentation is illegal under the Air Carrier Access Act. I would hope that Delta’s legal team made sure that what they are asking is within ACAA guidelines.
