Gary, I agree.  If my "licensed" guide dog is leaping about snarling, don't let him fly.  Otherwise, leave us alone.

hello:

I find this argument of getting fake service dogs out in their place not valid.  it is the excuse so many organization and governments try to use to mandate controls / registration of our service dogs yet I don't know when I've encountered one of these fake service dogs.    I don't really care about dogs being allowed pretty much anywhere. what I care about is misbehaving, out of control or aggressive dogs being allowed anywhere.   as someone was saying, how the animal is behaving/acting should be a big indicator to how well they are trained.  

anyway, I'm confident that  the board of Nadu will take a look at this and do what is necessary.
