[NAGDU] Delta to Require Advance Documentation for Service, Support Animals to Fly - WSJ

I'm not even clear how these policies would improve anything.
Documentation is already required for emotional support animals.
They've added vaccination requirements and a signed form where you
certify that the ESA is trained. There's no ID requirement. All this
will do is inconvenience everyone involved, and it will be just as
easy to bring an untrained ESA on board.
