[NAGDU] Disappointed in Guiding Eyes for the Blind's Response

Someone please tell me where in the law it states that bus providers can ask for proof of vaccination. My understanding is that they cannot do so.

Also, I will never be in favor of identification. I am not in favor of being treated like a second class citizen because of my choice to use a guide dog. I refuse to be stopped everywhere I go and asked about my right to be there. Let's give ID to all the disabled people, service animal or not, and see if they like being tracked.
Now, regarding the Delta issue: I know a couple of people who could not do their jobs under this rule. They need to fly on a moment's notice, but, because of this ruling, they could not do so. Also, why should I have to stand in line, just for someone to approve my need for my service animal and, by extension, my right to be boarding the plane in the first place? If we start fining those whose dogs act up in the airport and on the plane, maybe problems will slow down. A human disrupting a flight to the point of diversion is a federal crime. If the dog does the same, let's charge the handler.

What we all could do though is get together and write a news article or talk to one of our tv stations and ask them to air a segment about this. This would educate the public and in a way educate Delta employees probably not the way they would like. The other way is to write Delta’s President and be straight up with him and tell what we don’t like and how he could fix the issue.
