> Hi! I got my first dog from GDB. That was almost 17 years ago and I think a lot about the school has changed. So hopefully somebody can chime in with more accurate or up-to-date information. But I have to say that they really were outstanding in the veterinary support. I retired my first tried to my brother and they continue to help out! I got my second dog from seeing eye and that is where I?ll be getting my third one this fall. But seeing eye doesn?t give the kind veterinary support. Is other School you referred to guiding eyes it?s in New York? If so, I have not received a dog from them but I have a really good friend who has. Her second dog from garden eyes was a German Shepherd that was absolutely outstanding! Actually, I wanted to still her service animal and that?s not normal for me. Tragically, her dog was killed when she and her husband got in a really bad car wreck in a snowstorm. She only had that dog for one month. The school has been helpful and supportive through the whole process! Again, I look forward to more helpful responses than mine. Maybe bunch of our list members are at convention this week. I am jealous! Good luck to you with your future guide and I hope you?ll keep us posted!
