Hi David,
Have you purchased one or both of these Ruffwear pads? If so, can you give us a review? At hotels, I take one of the towels and put it down for my dog, as she is much happier even with a thin towel on the rug as opposed to nothing. But if I could pack a small comfy bed instead, I might consider that.
Thanks for your input.
Sherrill

Ruffwear has 2 great pads. One is the Highlands bed that scrunches up
into a cylinder about 12 by 4 inches and the other is the Highlander pad
that is foam inside. If you go to the site don't freak out about the
prices, as they are 40% lower when you register your pup as a service dog.

The mats are made of a sturdy cotton fabric that doesn't entrap pet hair, plus there's a thin layer of polyester batting quilted inside the mat for extra comfort. It can be machine washed and dried. You can choose from a variety of colors and even get the mat personalized with your dog's name.
