[NAGDU] I will be at the Seeing Eye from September 24 October 8

Hi Tara.
What a fine time to be in beautiful Jersey!
The weather is changeable, in a word. Some days are in the 80's, and others in the high 60's.
Bring a fall-type jacket, like a heavy sweatshirt, for those early-morning parks. Later in the day, you probably won't need it.
Rain is always a possibility in September and October. Tropical storms and worse come charging up the coast, and we catch some of the rain, anything from drizzle to downpour, so bring rain gear. I have a rain poncho and hat, for instance.
If I were packing for class this month, I'd bring 1 or 2 pairs of shorts, same for pants, 1 3/4-sleeve shirt, a few T-shirts, my sweatshirt-jacket, and my rain gear. And maybe a couple more pairs of socks than usual, in case a pair got soaked in puddles.

Have fun, and good luck!
Tracy and Krokus, who I met in the Halloween class

Hey all! I will be at the Seeing Eye from September 24 to October 8. And I’m wondering if anyone is living back in the New Jersey area what is the weather generally like during that time of year? I’m trying to decide what to pack. A few years ago I would’ve packed fall clothes but the weather has been warmer lately so I’m just not sure. I’m planning on packing mostly summer things with a few longsleeve shirts and pants. Any help would be great!
Tara
