[NAGDU] applying for a guide dog

GDF always requires a video and an interview. The interview may be in person, or it may be over the phone. I get the impression they are trying to do more in person interviews these days, but I have no idea if that is actually true or not.
I had a phone interview and submitted a video with my first dog, and submitted a video along with an in person interview with my second.
Not everyone needs to be a fast walker, and there are dogs with both a slow and fast pace. It is important though to have the necessary O&M skills of course, as well as being a reasonably confident traveler.
