Hi Deanna,

This is very concerning to me as well.  And I agree and do not usually
provide advanced notice of the presence of my guide dog either.  Is
this something we can view in our profiles?  Or is this something the
drivers can see?  I am wondering this because you didn't add it, so
perhaps you would not even know it was there if you looked yourself.
