Deanna, I agree with Cindy. Definitely report it at nfb.org/rideshare-test <http://nfb.org/rideshare-test>. I just dug through my Lyft app and can’t find anything in mine, and I have definitely reported service animal issues to them in the past. It would be interesting to know, if you look in your app’s settings, if there is something about your dog in profile settings.
